    Ingredients

    Wheat flour, margarine (palm oil* and rapeseed oil, water, salt, mono- and diglycerides (emulsifier), citric acid), water, spinach, ricotta cheese (whey, cream, salt), whey, chia seeds, modified potato starch, eggs, natural flavor, salt, milk, wheat gluten, cream, non-fat milk, pepper, nutmeg.

    Cooking Instructions

    OVEN

    AIR FRYER

    • Step 1

      Preheat oven to 390°F.

    • Step 2

      Remove frozen bites from packaging.

    • Step 3

      Place the frozen bites on a parchment lined baking sheet.

    • Step 4

      Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

    • Step 5

      Savor and enjoy!

        PAIRING SUGGESTION

        Meatball Parm Bites

        1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of parmesan in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Roll into little balls.
        2. In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides until crispy.
        3. Remove the meatballs and add marinara sauce, some garlic, and parmesan to the pan.
        4. Once simmering, add the meatballs back in. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
        5. Place a slice of mozzarella on each ball and heat until melted.
        6. Serve with a basil leaf and a toothpick in each meatball.
